iGROUP provides our marketing offices with a dedicated team of professionals that focuses on getting your business placed and paid. Many of our marketing offices want to do business with a carrier that requires central processing, but may not want to make the production commitment that carriers demand. Our Processing Center service is available as needed to assist these agencies for as long as necessary.

Simple and Relationship-based: We provide your agency with a dedicated case manager who is your personally accountable contact for all of your new business cases, across any of the carriers that you submit through our processing center. This dedicated case manager is backed up by a team that is also trained to help provide any resources that are needed.

Respects your Business Model: Whether you want us to work with your staff exclusively, or would prefer we work one-on-one with your agents, we respect your business model. Our staff will learn from you how you want us to help, and will make sure that we adjust to your model, versus forcing you to accommodate ours.
